We have our barrels down to a science, creating what we believe to be the absolute best barrel on the market. All of our carbon fitted barrels are produced using the latest technology in fusing lightweight carbon with a high quality 416R stainless steel match grade barrels. Unlike other carbon steel hybrid barrels on the market that create overheating, damage and short barrel life, our barrels use a patented feature that utilizes a pre-rolled tube wrapped carbon sleeve that’s fused to the steel barrel under loaded pressure. These sleeves are then embedded to the barrels at specific contact points that allow the barrels to breath and cool rapidly to avoid overheating the steel. Along with the cooling effects, the barrel jacketing technique dampens the vibration of the barrel causing less barrel whip and in turn creates consistent and tighter shot placements. These barrels are not only lightweight and rigid but extremely strong, durable and long-lasting.

Our receiver sets are the first differentiator between a Crown Precision Arm and any other rifle on the market. Our receiver sets are fully billet machined in house, no mass produced and recklessly thrown together like other competitors. All of our upper and lower receivers are machined to the tightest specs possible and matched as a pair for a perfect fit using a custom hand fitted pairing process. Even though all of our upper and lowers interchange, each are specifically paired and painstakingly fitted for the lowest possible tolerances.

Instead of the heavy forged steel parts that are used on mass produced AR rifles, our higher
end rifles offer bolt carrier groups and parts that are manufactured using lightweight high-grade titanium. All parts are hand tuned by our gunsmiths to ensure perfect fitment and functionality. The trigger groups we offer are some of the best on the market with assurances of a crisp and consistent trigger pull each and every time. Also, worth mentioning is how we equip each rifle with nothing but the lightest and best Carbon Fiber furniture available to create the best looking and most functional rifle available
